Our Story
PDM Inc. is a locally run property management company, established in 1978, by J. Paul Preseault. Little Eagle Bay is comprised of 72 two-bedroom townhouses and several one-bedroom flats located on 13 acres of beautifully landscaped, wooded, private land in Burlington, Vermont. We take pride in ensuring the property is maintained for long-term sustainability, assuring the land remains a haven of natural beauty and tranquility for all residents to cherish. As a result, residents can enjoy not only the comfort of modern, well-designed residences but also the serenity of nature, making Little Eagle Bay an ideal place to call home in the heart of Burlington, Vermont.

Our team is comprised of three maintenance technicians Larry Ratta, Cody Lanou and Mike Lambert (left to right) as well as a leasing administrator, Casey Falkenstein (bottom left) and community manager Holly Hammond (bottom right).
