The townhouses are two stories. The first floor contains a galley kitchen, a combined living and dining room, and in many instances a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen includes gas range with cook top, oven and broiler, microwave range hood, Refrigerator/Freezer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living room has a sliding glass door leading out to patio area. The first floor also contains a 6' by 7' storage closet. The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with a large closet (one bedroom has a balcony), and the bathroom which includes full bath with shower, remodeled cabinets and fixtures. All of the units are gas heat. TPW Management is responsible for the leasing, maintenance and repairs of the buildings, snow and trash removal, as well as landscaping and grounds maintenance.
